Reclamations and Transfer

Membership Reclamation Process
(Reclamation is a two-step process)

Welcome Home, Sorors! We understand that life will take us various places, but we are thrilled that your love for our illustrious Sisterhood has led you back to Zeta! To begin the reclamation process we must do our due diligence to verify the membership of each Soror interested in reclamation. Reclamation is only available for members who have been inactive/unfinancial for 2 or more complete sorority years.

Step 1 is completed at the National Level

1. Members seeking reclamation must complete the form found at reclaim.zetamemberservices.org documents to validate membership must be uploaded with the form.

2. Upon approval by the International Headquarters (IHQ), Member Portal Account information will be emailed to the reclaimed member to access the Member Services Portal. IHQ will provide membership confirmation within 7-10 business days.

3.  Zeta IHQ will assign the reclaim badge to the member’s record and update her record with Reclaim or Finer Womanhood Reclamation. The membership type will determine the applied fees.

4. Pay the Reclamation National, Regional and State dues.

  • Invoice: If this is your first time reclaiming in over five years, an invoice with the reclamation fees will be available on the members’ account.

Step 2 is complete on the Chapter level

Complete the final process with Alpha Zeta Chapter by reaching out to the chapter Membership Coordinator at az1923membership@gmail.com
